Sen. Richard Lugar will tour the Notre Dame Energy Center and speak with students and faculty regarding current energy-related research at Notre Dame. Lugar will then make a campus-wide presentation starting at 3:00 pm in Washington Hall on "Energy Security and U.S. Foreign Policy." See News Release.
