LENT: FEAST AND FAST

FEAST on Christ dwelling in others
	FAST from judging them.
FEAST on the unity of all life
	FAST from emphasizing differences.
FEAST on the reality of light
	FAST from apparent darkness.

	FAST from words that pollute.

	FAST from personal anxiety.
FEAST on appreciation
	FAST from complaining.
FEAST on affirmation
	FAST from gossip.
FEAST on unceasing prayer
	FAST from unrelenting pressures.

	FAST from hostility.

May FEAST AND FAST be not just for 40 days, but become a way of
life for each of us. ~,

A Blessed Lent!
