Password Maintenance
To change your password:
Go to https://accounts.nd.edu/password and follow the on line instructions.
To retrieve a forgotten password:
Go to https://accounts.nd.edu/passwordreset, enter your netID (ex. jdoe), and then answer the 3 “prompt” questions you set up when you established your password. You must type the answers exactly as you did when you signed-up for this service.
To reactivate your account due to an expired password:
Go to https://accounts.nd.edu/password and follow the on line instructions.
