Notifying Scholarship Recipients - (Sample Letter)

The Notre Dame Club of ______ is pleased to share that you have been awarded a $_____ club scholarship.  This scholarship is renewable for a maximum of eight semesters (ten semesters for the architecture program and combination five-year engineering program with the College of Arts and Letters) at the University of Notre Dame. The renewal of this scholarship is contingent upon your timely completion of the annual financial aid application process and is based in-part on your continued demonstrated financial need.  The Notre Dame Office of Financial Aid has been notified of your selection and will provide you with a revised Financial Aid Award Letter.

We are confident that your academic, personal, and spiritual growth will continue during your undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.  As a scholarship recipient, we know that you will carry on the tradition of excellence that has become synonymous with this award.  Upon graduation, we encourage you to become an active member of the Notre Dame Alumni Association and help support the scholarship program for future students.

Congratulations on your impressive accomplishments and on receiving the Notre Dame Club of _____ Scholarship.  We wish you continued success during your undergraduate years at Notre Dame.
