Camp Description

Session 1 & Session 2
Through selective non-contact drills and instruction, the objective is to improve the camper's performance and understanding in the game of football, allowing him to leave the camp a better player than when he arrived. The camp's daily format features individual drills, group & team scrimmaging, and skill enhancement drills for all positions. There will be times when campers receive instruction and drills in group, such as offense and defense, position specific training, and games to practice skills. Additional time will be devoted to special teams work, weight training, and conditioning.

Youth Day Camp
This camp is designed for rising third through sixth graders who are looking to gain a great understanding and proficiency with the fundamentals, techniques, skills, motivation, and sportsmanship to be success in the game of football. There will be offense and defense training as well as position specific instruction.

8:00am - 8:55am: Check-in at football practice fields
9:00am: Welcome by Notre Dame Football Staff
9:15am - Noon: Instruction/Practice/Games
Noon: Camp Concludes for the day
