Misiewicz Named Faculty Director of MSA Program

Accounting Professor Kevin Misiewicz has been named faculty director of the Master of Science in Administration Program (MSA). Misiewicz, who has published two accounting books and more than 45 articles in accountancy journals, served two years as the ombudsman for discriminatory harassment complaints at the University. Established in 1954, the MSA program was restructured last year to meet the growing needs of not-for-profit organizations. The restructured curriculum addresses new issues in the not-for-profit sector, including the impact of entrepreneurship, information technology, e-commerce and new tax policies.
