Wall Street Journal
Ranks Mendoza 1st in Recruiter Satisfaction, 15th Overall
A
nationwide Wall Street Journal poll of corporate recruiters ranks
the Mendoza College 15th overall and first in recruiter satisfaction.
The 2001 rankings are based on a survey of 1,600 corporate recruiters
who rated MBA programs at 188 American and 56 foreign business schools.
The Journal lauded the leadership, communication and team-building
skills of the students. Mendoza was ranked #2 in communication skills.
The
WSJ rankings differ from previous comparisons of MBA programs in that
the recruiters surveyed were limited to appraising only those schools
with which they'd had direct recruiting experience. Other rankings focus
mostly on reputation, with no stipulation that judgments be based on
personal experience.
