
Note: Field seats are limited to 800. Reunion requests may well exceed that number. We urge you to submit your registration NOW to avoid being placed on the waiting list. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, with special consideration for Band alums from earlier decades. Alums who secure tickets will be notified by March 15, 2010.
The Ticket Office Regular Lottery: All Band Reunion applications will be processed prior to the Ticket Office's mailing of the 2010 Alumni Ticket Lottery Applications. The Band office will submit a list of all the Band Reunion ticket recipients to the Ticket Office. Anyone on the list who also applies for Alumni Lottery tickets will automatically not receive lottery tickets for that game. Thus, when your Band Reunion application has been accepted, you will not be able to get additional Stanford ticekts through the lottery.
Friday Night Reception will be held at Legends Restaurant and Alehouse Pub. Alums with their families and guests are welcome to attend. Tickets are $9 each for the event. This includes your choice of burger, brat, hot dog, or chicken, as well as chips, a cookie, and a soda. Other beverages will be available for purchase.
Marching Hats (white) and the 2010 Alumni Band Polo Shirts (navy blue) are required for those marching on the field with the Alumni Band. If you have a white hat from a previous Reunion, you can use it again. One 2010 Alumni Band Polo Shirt is included in the participant registration price. Additional polos for family or guests may be purchased if desired, but are not required. We are also offering a windbreaker for purchase.
O'Brien Fund contributions will be forwarded to the ND Development Office and will give you the same tax advantages and football ticket privileges as with any contribution to the Annual Fund. Note: If you need an instrument for Reunion, and have sufficient means, consider contributing the cost of the instrument to the O'Brien Fund. The Band will purchase the instrument, which you will use for Reunion. Then the ND Band will have a new instrument that will benefit ND Band members for years to come. Contact the ND Band Office for more details.
How will my spouse/guest get to their seat?
Unfortunately, due to safety concerns and the presence of the student athletes on the field, we are only able to allow participating band alumni to enter through the tunnel. Spouses and guests with tickets in the field section may enter the stadium through the closest gate to the tunnel and walk around the insider of the stadium to the field access gate.
Are the shirt and hat required to participate in the marching?
Yes, the 2010 polo shirt and a white Reunion ball cap are required for Alumni who are marching on the field.
Can I use my hat from a previous reunion?
Yes, As long as the hat is white and from a previous Reunion.
Can I purchase additional Legends reception tickets?
Legends reception tickets will be available at the Alumni Band registration tent and at the door of Legends Bar and Grill on the night of the event. If you prefer to add these tickets to your package before the game weekend you may do so by calling 574-631-3084.
When do I pick up my game tickets, hats, polo shirts and Legends reception tickets?
All of these items will be available for pick-up when you reach the registration tent located in the Band Building courtyard Stanford Weekend.
What if I have to cancel my 2010 Reunion Reservation? Occasionally circumstances change and a Band Alum who was planning to attend the Reunion cannot do so. Refunds will be made accordingly, depending on deadlines for which funds will have been expended. Cancellations and requests must be made in writing or by email to Donelle Flick.
