Declaring the Minor in European Studies

Declaring the Minor in European Studies is a simple process!

First, meet with the departmental advisor for your major(s) and/or other minor(s) to inform them of your intentions and to make sure you are on track with everything required to complete your current curricula.

Second, meet with the MES advisor at the Nanovic Institute for European Studies (or one of the volunteer faculty advisors) to review the requirements for the minor and to discuss your plan for fulfilling them.

Third, contact the administrative assistant for the MES program about completing the Student Academic Program Selection paperwork.  The administrative assistant will work with you to get this form completed and processed and will contact you once you have been officially added to the program.

Finally, you will receive an invitation to stop by the Nanovic Institute to pick up a “welcome packet” of free stuff.  You can then begin enjoying the benefits of being a part of the Minor in European Studies!
