He3 RF refrigerator was custom designed for high-frequency measurements of single-electron devices. It features very large size IVC, 20 flexible and 10 semi-rigid coax cables in addition to standard constantan wiring. The hold time is at 300 mK about 48 hours. Temperature control is provided from LAKESHORE Cryoigenics This system is fitted with 10 coax cables and Thermocoax filters so that frequency response is not limited by parasitic cross-talkbelow 1kHz.
