This  piece of equipment is used for quick tests of devices at the temperature range 300 mK- 20K (and up), at a  frequency range below 1kHz. The insert is equipped with a standard Plastronix socket for 20 pin LCC. The hold time at 300 mK is about 20 hours. This system is fitted with 6T superconducting magnet with a 2" bore.

Single-electron memory devices are routinely measured using Heliox
