Dilution Refrigerator Minikelvin 400 |

He3-He4 dilution refrigerator is a very powerful tool. We can cool the device under test down to about 12 mK and keep it cold for weeks. It is used for complicated experiments requiring long hours of testing (such as QCA devices) at the temperature range 10 mK- 2K. In addition to constantan twisted pairs (17 pairs) this system is fitted with 10 coax cables and Thermocoax filters so that frequency response is not limited by parasitic cross-talk above1kHz.
