A Learning Management System Request
for Proposals (RFP) is available to you below in PDF format,
along with the mandatory Functionality Check-List
in Excel format.
Please review these very, very carefully to ensure that your product(s)
meet our requirements before submitting your request for a site visit and
intention to bid.
All notifications to bid and requests for site visits should be submitted
no later than April 15th. Our projected timeline for making a decision
is also provided below.
March 30 - Distribution of RFP
April 1 - April 15 - Vendors review RFP and submit intentions to bid
and requests for site visit (submissions can be made via the email link
below)
April 1 - April 30 - Education Services, University of Notre Dame will
schedule site visits
April 20 - May 30 - Site Visits (demonstrations and tour of facilities)
June 8 - Postmark deadline for all written proposals
July 30 - Decision made regarding selected vendor - plans
Fall Semester - Installation, testing, training, and implementation
of new system
Spring Semester - Go live no later than January
5, 2002
