Chapter 1: pp87-98. This is all worth reading. Some of it we talked now, other things we will discuss later. It sets up the later topics well.

“Technical Summary” : This is a pretty good summary of the entire book. (The book has its own built in “Cliff Notes”!) You might want to spend some time at least skimming it.

I also find the “Summary for policymakers” interesting.
