Direct questions about computer hardware or software support the Desktop Computing and Network Services department via their STARS reporting tool on their departmental website: http://www.nd.edu/~dcns/. These reports are delivered to all Departmental Computer Consultants for the Libraries, as well as the Systems and Desktop folks.

	In August 2000, I joined the Library Systems Department as a Technical Support Consultant/Analyst 2 -- What a title! I provide front line support for the library catalog software and I am responsible for the client configuration, distribution and updates for our consortium's Aleph 500 system. Look me up in the Library Systems Office, 213 E Hesburgh Library.
