My Teaching
I've taught a variety of courses in American history, including both halves of the U. S. history survey; upper-division classes on the New U. S. Nation (1787-1848), American Religious History, and War, Memory, and American History; and a senior research seminar on Reforming America. Below are examples of my course syllabi and my philosophy of teaching and learning.
