The program is directed by Fr. Stephen Lacroix C.S.C.  Fr. Steve, formerly an assistant director of the Old College program, is in his second year as the director.  Assisting him in this position is Br. Edward Luther C.S.C.  While not officially on formation staff, so that he can work in the Office of Vocations, Fr. Andrew Gawrych C.S.C. provides an important presence in Old College.  Throughout the course of the year, the Old Collegians meet with the formation staff on a routine basis to discuss their challenges and experiences of religious life.
