The executive summary is the primary document for communicating the key technical requirements of the design project and the method used to arrive at the solution throughout the entire design process. Included in the executive summary are Product Description, Design Relevance, Design Process, Options Considered, Solutions Selected, Feasibility Assement, Conclusions. The implementation of the trade studies and the conclusions reached have both been added to the executive summary, per the Final Documentation requirements.
