The group would like to thank Dave from Value Tool Engineering in South Bend. He was instrumental in helping us connect the rear sprocket to the generator shaft. He not only fitted the sprocket with a sleeve and set-screw, but also black-galvanized and personalized the part with 'University of Notre Dame' at no charge.A picture of the part is shown below.
