Welcome to my web page. I don't have much here. In the future, I may add more items, but right now there are only a few things you might find interesting.

1. I have posted a few items of interest on my Postings Page. It is a general purpose place to put things for other to see.

2. I have posted my dissertation on the web in PDF format. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the documents.

3. My class web site for HIST 103, World Civilizations I, taught at Saint Mary's College in the fall of 2003.

4. The web page for the Biennial History of Astronomy Workshops. I am the creator and maintainer of that site.

5. My web page which features pictures of my twin boys, Benjamin Fullerton Dowd and Michael Halvorsen Dowd. You can see the pictures on their web site.
