Step 2: Start MATLAB and run MatlabTrial.m file. You may be asked to add the place you saved the file to the current path.
Step 2: Notice that the initial configuration is P(A|A) = 0.5, P(B|B) = 0.5 and StateInit = 0.5. You may run the simulation with these initial settings by pressing "Start"
	Step 3: You may change the initial configuration by moving the slider or entering the numbers in the textbox. If your input is not valid, a warning will appear on bottom of the screen.
