What is this section about?
In this section we work on a particular case, an example of modeling a biological process. This process is microtubule dynamics.

Prerequisites:

It will help if you go through the following tutorials before start:

  •  Random numbers
  •  Random Walk
  •  Markov chains
  •  Monte Carlo

Objectives:

  • To integrate most of the mathematical tools we learnt 
  • To show in detail how a biological process is modeled
  •  To compare the model to experimental data and learn from it.
