Mission
The mission of the Society of Hispanic MBAs is to support business students in their career search and professional development, to serve as a leadership platform for its members, and to enrich student life during the MBA program by through active participation in the Notre Dame community.

Objectives

• Create a support network for Hispanic and Latin American students at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business

• Improve career and recruiting opportunities for its members

• Help establish a network between current students and Mendoza Hispanic and Latin American Alumni

• Foster friendship and relationship building among members of the MBA program

• Share the Hispanic and Latin American culture with other cultures at Notre Dame

• Increase Hispanic and Latin American applicants to the Mendoza College of Business and enhance Mendoza’s brand recognition among Hispanics and in Latin American countries
