Values at an organization are not about what we write down and post on our wall. Rather, values should be about how members of the community lead their lives. Values are reflected in the decisions and actions that we make on a daily basis.
Because of this, we want to share with you how members of the Mendoza community see the values that we embrace are lived out on a daily basis. We invite you to learn first hand from students, faculty and staff sharing their stories of values in our program.
On Community & Responsibility, by Joe Kindt: Dan is a quiet guy who involves himself in some of the roles on campus. One thing that I've noticed is that he goes above and beyond this off of campus.
On Excellence, by Dustin Ruch:
Shawn inspires me to strive for excellence in all that I can do and care about those around me.
On Integrity, by Andy Mitchell: Our International classmates have a tremendous amount of experience and expertise; special thanks to Dag for recognizing that fact and demonstrating how we can all benefit from their perspective.
On Leadership, by Joe Kindt: Garrett has been the unsung hero in a number of group settings. His skill is especially apparent when group members get heated in the face of conflicting ideas.
On Spirituality, by Dan BonAnno: Lauren values the faith of all her classmates and is very respectful and open to the spiritual dimensions of each of her classmates.
