Michael R. Boyack, Xerox, Manager
        
Michael Boyack is Manager, EH&S Product Safety & Environmental Delivery for Xerox Corporation, Webster, NY.  In this capacity, Boyack has management responsibility for product safety, electromagnetic compatibility design/testing, audible noise and chemical emissions design/testing, and deployment of product-related environmental sustainability initiatives for all products developed or marketed by Xerox Corporation.

Boyack joined Xerox in 1984 in the research organization and has held engineering and technical leadership positions on a number of product development programs prior to joining the Environment, Health, & Safety organization in 1998.

Jim Mazurek, Notre Dame, Director of Sustainability

Prior to joining Notre Dame in May 2008, Jim served as a Partner in Accenture’s corporate strategy practice based out of Chicago, where he has been developing and implementing broad sustainability and business strategies for global companies in the utilities, energy, and government areas. Jim, who has held a variety of professional positions for over 15 years, was also a leader with Sargent & Lundy, a Chicago-based professional services firm, and its subsidiaries from 1991 to 2000. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Notre Dame in 1991, a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1996, and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 2000. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in new construction and major renovations.

Toni McEwan - Market Manager, Dow Coating Solutions

 In her current role, Toni has responsibility for creating and implementing Dow's strategy for the automotive after-market coatings industry.  As a market manager for both North and Latin America, Toni analyzes market dynamics and and industry needs to subsequently develop the ideal strategy for the sale of Dow products and solutions for this market segment.  An integral part of her role involves working with Research & Development to validate innovative "green" technologies which deliver optimal performance in an environmentally-conscious manner.

Toni's previous roles at Dow range from account management in Dow's polymer businesses, to facilitating Six Sigma projects as a certified Black Belt for sales and marketing, and conducting strategic marketing projects for new Dow businesses and technology platforms. 

In addition to her role at Dow, Toni is currently rolled in the EMBA program at Notre Dame in South Bend and will graduate in May 2009.  Toni presently resides in Midland, Michigan which is the location of Dow's Corporate Headquarters, yet she will be relocating to Dow's Agrosciences division in Indianapolis over the next few months.  She is a 2001 graduate of Purdue University's Industrial Engineering school.
