Arranging your Pre-Interview Presentation Dates
A recruiting presentation is held in an MBA classroom in the Mendoza College of Business on the University of Notre Dame campus. The classrooms provide Microsoft Office PowerPoint, video, and computer projection capability. Presentations are scheduled starting in mid-September and continue through the recruiting season . They last one-hour and occur Monday through Thursday at noon and/or 7:00 p.m to accommodate student class schedules. The sponsoring organization usually provides box meals for the students who sign up in advance and attend the presentation.

Arranging Office Hours
During the fall and spring semesters, the Notre Dame Career Development office offers companies the opportunity to meet informally with MBA students after a lunch recruiting presentation. Office hours normally occur between 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. to accommodate student class schedules.

Arranging Your Interviewing Schedules
During the fall and spring semesters, the Notre Dame Career Development office offers companies and hiring organizations the opportunity to interview MBA students on campus. Fall interviews, typically for May graduates, begin mid-October. Spring interviews, for summer internships and for May graduates, begin mid -January.

Interviews may be arranged for full-time positions (graduating One-Year and Two-Year Program MBA students) and for summer intern positions (First-Year MBA students). Typically schedules consist of 13 slots in 30-minute interviewing intervals. Other schedules that consist of nine slots for  45-minute interview intervals or six slots for 60-minute interview interviews may also be arranged.
