“When I was coming to Notre Dame I knew I was going to meet people from different countries, but instead of just people I found friends that I now consider part of my family. I never tough I was going to have so many things in common with people from Greece, Spain, Chile, India and of course the US. Getting to know them has been a wonderful experience”
Favorite spot on campus:
The View of the Golden Dome from the Main Quad: “Everyday I walked through the Main Quad on my way home from Mendoza and I was amazed by the dazzling and magnificent view, but I found it specially enchanting during the fall”

Life at ND:
There's this hard clay statue in the Dean's office that embodies my thoughts about life at ND. It's a replica of a terracotta soldier from the tomb of the first Qin emperor of China. Now, China is a major topic for any business discussion today, yet many supposed experts speak of it with only a superficial understanding as if the country was a foreign abstraction. I'm happy to be here in Notre Dame where China is treated in tangible terms with many fellow students from the Mainland, an exchange program in Suzhou of the Jiangsu Province, and if all that wasn't concrete enough, there's this hard clay statue in the Dean's office.
Favorite place at ND:
The team rooms inside the business school. These are the places where we work together, laugh together, achieving a better understanding of business and the world from one another. The greatest moments in history took place in plain chambers where people simply got together and talked, not realizing they were destined for greatness. I wonder if our discussions in these team rooms will be among them.
