Abstract: Following Chapters 2.1 to 2.3, we recall some classical results from elementary number theory which are used in the construction: sums of two squares, Gaussian integers, quadratic reciprocity.

Title:  On the Nirenberg problem for high-order Q-curvature
Abstract:  In this talk, I will discuss prescribing of the natural curvature associated to the operators introduced by Graham, Jenne, Manson and Sparling. I will discuss some obstructions of Kazdan-Warner-type, and the structure of the set of admissible curvatures.
