Group Recognition Winner 2002
The second team to be honored is also a well-established group.
This group handled its usual heavy workload and two complex
and time-consuming projects. Staff worked extra hours collecting
and verifying information, learning a new system, communicating
with librarians, staff, and vendors and trouble shooting –
trouble shooting – trouble shooting!
Few libraries have staff that could maintain quality service
while handling both a major cancellation project and a vendor
change that affected more than 5000 records. Our team, however,
managed these feats with grace and guts. Today we honor the
hard working Serials Acquisitions Team:
