Sandy Stellema

A modern professional, this honoree was nominated for individual work and for contributions as part of a much admired group. A person who combines outstanding technical skills with sterling customer service , this individual was praised as a person who manages to be available to assist others when they need it, making sure that other feel that she would love nothing more than to personally help them.

She strives to get things done, not by finding shortcuts, but rather by providing in-depth solutions. This year, she has worked on four major projects – thus helping nearly every person in the library. She was extremely instrumental in setting up the library's first wireless classroom, in managing all of the networking changes needed for renovation, in making the decision to add HDD Sheriff to library pcs, and in orchestrating the move to NT@ND2.

Whether, she is working alone or as part of a team, she is an invaluable member of the Library – Sandy Stellema.
