To succeed in this role, you are asked to:
  integrate the library’s vision and mission into the
recruiting and orientation processes
  clarify position responsibilities and performance expectations
  convey relevant library/university policies, decisions, and information to units and individuals offering both the underlying context and the local impact./opportunity
  solicit employee input, innovations, and suggestions and demonstrate follow through
  alert administration and other units/departments(as appropriate) to changing unit needs, desires,procedures.
