During
the academic year student employees are hired through the University's
Student Employment Office, a division of the Office
of Financial Aid. The majority of the hiring is done at the
beginning of each academic year, usually in late August. Interested
applicants should obtain authorization from the Student Employment
Office and may apply directly to the Libraries at 221 Theodore
M. Hesburgh Library once authorization is obtained.
