DBRT 349 - F - 11:45A - 12:35 pm
Instructor: M.D. Lemmon, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Fitz 264

Description: This year's topics will focus on a collection of fundamental issues in control theory that were recently highlighted in an issue of the European Journal of Control. The topics to be studied this semester include systems identification, architectures for robustness and optimization, probabilistic methods in cancer biology, languages for contour following, biosensors and social learning, smart grid, approximate bisimulation, distributed control, distributed fault detection and isolation, event-triggered control, output regulation of non-equilibrium processes with applications to sustainability of eco-systems.
