Applications

Details on applications of our algorithms and software in massively parallel processing,(bio)molecular modeling, drug design, and protein folding. A development plan for these projects, including the expected interaction with algorithm and software development, is included in the Career Development Plan. Besides, support from our collaborators for all these projects is included in the support documentation.
