Teaching the Trial of Jesus

Based on his experience creating and teaching a course at NYU which explores the historical context, the factual matrix, and the legal issues concerning the trial(s) of Jesus by the Jewish and Roman authorities. Professor Gary Anderson, of the Theology Department at Notre Dame, will offer a commentary on the lecture. The event is sponsored by the Law School and The Nanovic Institute for European Studies, with additional support from the Notre Dame Theology Department and Notre Dame Campus Ministry.
