In the Aftermath of Hamdan v. Rumsfeld

The American Constitution Society, the Federalist Society, the International Human Rights Society, the International Law Society and the Center for Civil & Human Rights are pleased to present a panel on the recent decision in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld. The panel will consist of Professor Mary Ellen O'Connell, Professor Tricia Bellia, and Professor Jimmy Gurule. The panel will discuss the implications, in various legal settings, of the recent Supreme Court decision.
