The High Energy Physics group at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a postdoctoral appointment on the CMS experiment. Candidates should have a Ph.D in experimental high energy physics. The group is involved in the commissioning and operation of the hadronic calorimeter, electromagnetic calorimeter, DAQ, offline software, and trigger. Our group's research interests include top physics, the search for the Higgs boson, and searches for new physics. The successful candidate will play a leading role in CMS commissioning and data analysis, located negiotiably either at CERN or the Fermilab CMS physics center. The initial appointment will be for two years.
