Due to a number of factors, the quality of a significant portion of the images in this database is poor. Therefore, a TIFF file image is available for each document page in order to provide a better quality image when the GIF image is not legible. Just click on the "TIFF File" button located at the top or bottom of the screen to view the TIFF image through an image viewer. We strongly recommend that you acquire one for use with your Web Broswer since most Web Browsers do not support TIFF images.
