Since 1983, the Kellogg Institute has offered Visiting Fellowships designed to promote interdisciplinary international research on the Kellogg Institute’s themes.

The program offers time and resources to focus on a research project and move it forward in an intellectually stimulating and comfortable environment, share work in progress and research findings, gain feedback from peers, develop linkages, and occasionally collaborate on joint projects with other scholars.

The fellowships are open to candidates from the US and abroad who hold a PhD or equivalent degree in a social science discipline or history (exceptions made), distinguished senior candidates who do not hold a PhD, and advanced graduate students who will complete their PhD before beginning the fellowship.

Additionally, the Kellogg Institute offers a limited number of Guest Scholar appointments for externally-funded faculty members or researchers from other institutions.

Contact Luis Canales or Denise Wright for more information.
