Program Coordinator - Undergraduate Students
Job Description
The Program Coordinator for Undergraduate Students works with the Assistant Director in administering key student programs of the Kellogg Institute. This position coordinates student competitions (International Scholars Program, internships, and fellowships) and various aspects of the minor programs including course scheduling and class logistics; and is responsible for monitoring compliance with University and Institute student travel policies as well as serving as an emergency contact for students traveling abroad. This position also serves as the undergraduate student programs liaison with the Institute's communication team providing ideas for the website, brochures, posters and other media; is the first point of contact for internal and external communication regarding undergraduate student programs; and coordinates undergraduate student events and represents the Assistant Director at these events when needed. This position requires working several nights per semester and occasional weekends.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years experience working with students.

Demonstrated organizational and research skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highest standards of confidentiality and discretion

Exercise sound independent judgment, and work successfully with colleagues and faculty

Strong computer skills and experience with business software
Preferred Qualifications
