Course Updates
I will hold extra office hours Thursday, May 1st and Friday, May 2nd 10:00am-noon or by appointment. And Sunday, May 4th 2pm-4pm.
The Final Exam is Monday, May 5th 1:45pm-3:45pm in DeBartolo 140. NOTE THE DIFFERENT TIME AND PLACE VERSUS MIDTERM EXAMS!!!!. The Final is comprehensive (all Sections 7.1-12.11 that we covered are fair game), but will NOT include hyperbolic functions; Simpson's Rule; error estimates for Midpoint or Trapezoid Rules; or remainder estimations for series. Any advanced trigonometric identities that you might need will be provided. Here is a practice final as one of many aids you can use to help you prepare for the final exam: practice-final.pdf. However, this practice exam does not cover all the sections that are covered by the final exam, for instance it does not contain any problems on trigonometric integrals, the Midpoint Rule and Trapezoid Rule, Euler's method, etc. This does NOT mean these will not be covered on your exam.
