This workshop will give insights into teaching at a primarily undergraduate institution (PUI), and outline how faculty life differs from that of a large research institution.

  • Distinguish the differences in pedagogy at universities of different sizes
  • Tailor their graduate school experience to the needs of a small college
  • Present their application materials to align with the interests of a small college
