Chris Clark earned a BA in Spanish from Cornell and an MA in education from the University of Rochester. Chris joined the Kaneb Center staff in 2001 after working for four years in the OIT. He came to South Bend in 1997 from the Culver Academies, where he was Director of Educational Technology. His original calling was as a high school Spanish teacher.

Chris works in the Learning Technology Lab, helping faculty integrate technology into their courses. He also organizes summer reading groups and edits the blog "Learning Technology @ Notre Dame". In 2003-2004 Chris worked on the successful Tablet PC Initiative, and in 2007-2008 he led the Faculty Learning Community on Virtual Worlds.

Chris regularly teaches CAPP 395, "Applied Multimedia Technology", where students learn to critique and create web-based media. In summer 2009 he taught "Spanish Culture through Digital Technology" in Toledo, Spain. He previously taught for the Management department and the MSA program. He has presented workshops at national conferences and published a number of articles on computer education. Chris is very interested in website design, and maintains a number of sites.
