Exploring Electronic Technology in Society - "The Web Group"

The Notre Dame Web Group is an interdisciplinary group of Notre Dame scientists, engineers,
social scientists, and business and humanities faculty who meet regularly to explore new directions in electronic technology and the impact of the Internet and the World Wide Web on society, economics, politics, and culture.

  • The group has has met regularly and will hold its final fall gathering on Dec. 17 during which Greg Madey will lead a discussion from an article entitled Smart Mobs.
