    • All academic policies of the College of Arts and Letters can be found in the Guide to Undergraduate Teaching. A limited number of hard-copies are available in our office.
  • Academic Services for Student Athletes
    • If you teach varsity athletes you will hear from ASSA in 109 Coleman-Morse (631-5585). They will ask to be informed on student progress.
  • Center for Social Concerns
    • The Center for Social Concerns supports community-based learning, community-based research and service learning initiatives with consultative support, awards and grants.
  • Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures (CSLC)
    • The CSLC is an interdisciplinary initiative dedicated to the education of the mind and heart through the advancement of language learning and cultural understanding at the University of Notre Dame. Services include language tables, tutoring, language clubs and summer language abroad grants amont others
  • Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement (CUSE)
    • CUSE aims to create opportunities for undergraduate research, scholarship and creative endeavors in all colleges by connecting to resources such as faculty mentors, projects, funds and presentation opportunities and to guide students through the application process for national fellowships, to increase their competitiveness and success.
  • Computing and Media
    • The Office of Informaiont Technologies (OIT) is the central agency that supports computing on campus. It provides the products and services that you will use every day to complete tasks related to your work. OIT Help Desk (631-8111)
    • OIT's Academic Technologies Services team identifies and facilitates the adoption of emerging technologies that advance teaching, learning, and research.
  • Course Instructor Feedback (CIF) Information and Reports
    • The Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Research (OSPIR) coordinates the CIF administration and reporting. They also provide access to background information and reports and have released an improved report that you may find easier to understand. For help interpreting or utilizing your reports for improvement contact the Kaneb Center at 631-9146 or kaneb@nd.edu.

    • Consult the Registrar's Faculty and Departmental Resources web page or call (631-7043) for information on grade reporting,the academic calendar, classroom requests, commencement, etc.
  • Snite Museum
    • The Snite Museum of Art educators endeavor to interpret the museum's collections for diverse university audiences through tailored touring programs, outreach activities, teacher services, and special events designed to enrich visitors' understanding of our shared humanity and our place in a changing world.

  • Writing Center
    • The University Writing Center is dedicated to helping students become better writers. It is located in 203 Coleman-Morse and is open Sunday through Friday, excluding University holidays and breaks. The Center's web site includes writing resources and they offer tutoring services as well.
