Sorry I've still been bad lately about sending out of the meeting reminders. Anyway, Sean and I performed last Sunday at the St. Mary's Magrigal Dinners, which is why we weren't at the meeting. We were dressed up as Medieval folks and did some club passing stuff for an audience of about 100. It went okay. We did the round-a-bout and some club passing. I did some solo ring work. I took over Will Bennett's place since he had to leave.

Sorry. I've been a little lax in updating the webpage and sending out the meeting reminder. Anyway, we had our regular meeting. Dan, Lindsey, Sean, David, and me where there. We just kind of laid back. Sean sent me some photos and movies that were taken a few meetings ago.

We were outside despite the weather forcast. It was somewhat chilly however. Attendees included Lindsey, me, Sean, Vance (who finally learned to pass!), David, and a new guy named Pat. Sean played with his new camera and took some movies of us doing the walk-a-round. Lindsey continued to work on her doubles.

This was pretty good for an indoor meeting. It was raining outside. We tried all sorts of passing patterns including a 7-person star (sorry, the image is 387kb), which might be an ND record for the largest passing pattern even if we only had mild success. Ted and I worked on bizzare one-hand from each person passing patterns like 441, continuous backcrosses, steals, and more.
Lets see, present were Dan, Lindsey, me, Ted, Paul, Mike, Vance, and a new member Brandon. Paul took some photos of us doing some wild-n-crazy passing stuff.

It was a perfect day for juggling. Besides myself, Lindsey, Sean, Dan, Mike, and a new guy Dave were present. (Where was everybody?) We attempted a star pattern and also worked on some 5-prop passing stuff.

It was raining outside so we had an indoor meeting. The Rockne was overly hot as usual. About 10 people showed up. I taught a new guy, Mike, how to pass. Another new member Paul is doing pretty good with the intro ball passing as well. Ted and I continue to improve on our club passing; and Ben and I worked on stuff involving doubles.

We had a good start. We had 84 people sign up at Activities Night for a total of 170 now on the mailing list. There were fewer attendees at the first meeting than I was expecting however (I had bought nametags, which were worthwhile anyhow). The new members were pretty good. Most of them could already juggle and knew a trick or two. It was a nice day albeit a little hot. New member Ted and I worked on Ultimate passing. I just held some simple workshops: 3-ball and intro passing. Ben stopped by out of the blue! It's so easy to pass with him because our styles are so similar. Other members present included Lindsey, Bill, Dan, Shir, Sean, Vance, and more. The new members, whose names I can remember, were Evan, Jeff, Mike, and Ted. There were about 10 others whose names escape me (give me some time). Hope to see everyone next week!

The meeting time is going to be Sundays from 4-6pm. An e-mail though the mailing list will be sent out calling the first meeting and giving details soon. We also have Room 301 reserved for when it gets colder. Yah!
