Guidelines

The deadline for submissions for the Winter 2010 Juggler is October 28. The prose and poetry selection committee meeting is November 5 at 7 pm in the Observer Conference Room in the basement of South Dining Hall. Pizza will be served. The art selection committee meeting will be November 8 at 2 pm in 200 Riley or the Graphic Design Studio.

For artists

For scanning purposes, pieces larger than 11 x 17 or 3-D pieces require slides. There is no limit to the number of pieces you may submit. Artwork may be turned in to Mary Kutemeier in room 306 in Riley, or e-mailed as a high-resolution (300+ dpi) image file to juggler@nd.edu.

For writers

There is no limit to the number of pieces you may submit, but no individual work can exceed 2500 words.

Submit all works of literature to juggler@nd.edu.

Selection committees

If you submit art work, you CAN be a part of the art selection committee. If you submit poetry, you MAY be a part of the prose selection committee but NOT the poetry selection committee. If you submit prose, you MAY be a part of the poetry selection committee but NOT the committee for prose.

You CANNOT be a part of both the prose and poetry selection committee (they meet at the same time).
