Timothy Ruggaber - Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, 2006. Mr. Ruggaber is currently the Director of Operations at EmNet LLC in Granger, IN. In this capacity, he is able to continue his graduate research in the use of embedded sensor networks to monitor and control environmental systems. He still works very closely with the University of Notre Dame on several projects and is currently overseeing the implementation of the first city-wide embedded sensor network to monitor South Bend, IN’s combined sewer system. |

Dr. Kara Young - Ph.D. Environmental Engineering, 2006.
Dr. Young is currently the Utility Engineer for the City of Elkhart (Elkhart, Indiana). She is responsible for all underground infrastructure (sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer) projects, plan review of all proposed projects, inspection of all underground projects, sewer insurance program, sewer connections, drainage review and approval, and all fiber-optic review and approval. |
