You may choose either option, but please submit an appication with payment no later than Monday, January 9th, 2012. This deadline has been extended from the previously published deadline of Monday, December 5th, 2012. Applications received after the deadline will be charged an additional late ticket purchase fee. Please remember that we are obligated to limit the number of tickets to each event to three per junior, including the junior. Incomplete or erroneous applications will not be processed.
Option 1: The JPW Application is available on-line for credit card transactions through Student Shop ND. Follow these steps to complete an application:
- Click here to begin your Student Shop ND application
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to select the JPW Registration item.
The $24.00 fee listed is the JPW Registration fee charged to all ticket applications. (If there is an option to select a Quantity, choose "1" to designate a single application. You will select the number of tickets for each event on the next screen).
- Complete the JPW Registration Options and Information page.
Here, you will identify the number of tickets to purchase for each event (Gala, Dinner and Brunch), and the registration information for the student and parents attending. You will need the student's netID and ndID# to complete this information.
- Once you have completed the information, it will appear in your "Shopping Cart". Click the "Checkout" button to complete the order process..
- Complete the Credit Card Payment Method information.
- Review your order and click the button to place the order.
- Print a copy of the receipt for your records.
Option 2: Print off a PDF copy of the Ticket Application, fill it out, and send with full payment by check or money order to:
