JPW 2012 Ticket Distribution

Registered students may pick up their JPW Ticket Packets at the following dates and times. Ticket Distribution will take place in the Sorin Room of LaFortune Student Center:

Tuesday, February 14th from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday, February 15th from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Questions regarding seating, tickets, registration, hospitality and more will be answered at Ticket Distribution. Ticket packets that are not picked up will be available in the JPW Hospitality Room, also located in the Sorin Room of LaFortune Student Center.

Friday, February 17th from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday, February 18th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

JPW What to Wear

The recommendations for JPW attire for the major events are as follows:

• Opening Gala - Friday, February 17th
  Cocktail attire: Suits for men; Cocktail dresses or gowns, dressy pant suits, or dressy skirts and tops for women
• Mass and President's Dinner - Saturday, February 18th
  Business Formal attire: Suits or jackets/ties for men; Mass-appropriate dresses or dressy suits for women
• Closing Brunch - Sunday, February 19th
  Business Casual attire: Jackets or sweaters for men; Dress pants or informal dresses for women
